Midwest Women's Invitational - February 22-23, 2025

This will be a new tournament for highly competitive NCVF women's teams. Our goal is to offer an opportunity for women's teams to play in a high level, organized tournament against other conference and independent teams during the regular season. This will be NCVF Recognized Regulation event with capacity for 16-24 teams, and all results will be reported for the national rankings. 

 

When: Saturday, February 22 & Sunday, February 23, 2025
Where: Great Lakes Volleyball Center in Aurora, IL - View Map
Who: Competition is open to all Women's NCVF teams.
Cost: $375/team

Information For Participating Teams

All players and coaches must sign a waiver to participate in the tournament. You must bring these signed waivers with you to the event Saturday morning and turn them in when you check in. Please make sure that your VBREG roster is updated by Friday at noon- we will pull these to compare with waivers.


There will be an Athletic Trainer at the event.

Rules from the Facility: No outside food; If teams want to order large items to share they should eat outside. Water bottles and sports drinks only on courts.

Parking Info: There is plenty of free parking located around the building and in the large lot across the street. This lot can be accessed from both Weber and Oakhurst Dr. Please do not park in the adjacent businesses lots, especially the church lot. Cars can also park along the south side of Weber.

We will be selecting an All-Tournament Team. Please have your rosters updated on vbreg.com before coming to the tournament so we know who is who.

Spectator Information

Admission to the event will be $10 for the weekend, kids under 10 years old are free.
Rules from the Facility: No outside food. No stand alone chairs. Bleacher chairs are fine.
